Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s diagnózou diabetes mellitus typu LADA

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pacienta s diagnózou Diabetes mellitus I. typu LADA. V klinické části práce je zpracována problematika onemocnění Diabetu mellitu. Téma je rozpracováno z pohledu anatomického, fyziologického, patofyziologického a dále je zde uvedena definice, diagnostika a terapie tohoto onemocnění. V závěru klinické části je popsána anamnéza a všechna vyšetření pacienta. V ošetřovatelské části je použit model M. Gordonové a vypracován krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ošetřovatelský plán. Také je popsána psychosociální problematika tohoto onemocnění, kde je užito fází vyrovnávání se s nemocí dle E. Kübler-Rossové. Podrobně je probrána problematika edukace.
