Nejčastěji používané očkovací látky v souvislosti s cestami do zahraničí

Abstract

Hrozba infekčních nemocí stále trvá a se stále narůstajícím cestováním po celém světě se zvyšuje. V této práci jsou uvedeny oblasti se zvýšeným výskytem jednotlivých přenosných nákaz a možnosti jejich prevence. Vedle zásad týkajících se očkování obecně jsou zde uvedeny očkovací látky používané v ČR před cestou do zahraničí. Pomocí dotazníkové akce jsem se pokusila zmapovat informovanost populace o možnostech očkování do zahraničí. Výsledky průzkumu ukázaly, že informovanost je vysoká, avšak v praxi často nevyužívaná. Názor, že očkování při cestování je důležité jednoznačně převažuje ve všech skupinách dotázaných. Přesto pouze necelá třetina dotázaných byla někdy před cestou do zahraničí očkována.

The threat of the infectious diseases is still present and with the permanent increase of traveling all around the world it is getting more dangerous. In the thesis are listed the areas with increased appearance of the particular transmitted diseases and the options of their prevention. Besides the principles about vaccination in general there are mentioned the vaccination substances which are used in Czech Republic before traveling into foreign countries. By means of the questionnaire method I tried to survey the foreknowledge of population about the options of vaccination before their travel. The results of the research showed that the foreknowledge is high, however practically unused. The opinion that vaccination before traveling is important was dominant in all of the questioned groups. Despite of that less than third of the questioned people was vaccinated before their travel into a foreign country.
