Abstract

Název práce: Pooperační trakční paresa nervus ischiadicus Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku vzniku periferní paresy po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu a zpracovat podrobnou kazuistiku pacienta s pooperační trakční paresou nervus ischiadicus. Metoda: V první teoretické části bakalářské práce se věnuji problematice periferní paresy po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, její etiologii, rizikovým faktorům, diagnostice a prognose. Nakonec se zaměřuji na postup rehabilitační léčby pro periferní paresy zahrnující fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy. Druhou, speciální částí bakalářské práce je kazuistika pacientky s pooperační trakční paresou nervus ischiadicus. Zahrnuje anamnézu, diferenciální rozvahu, vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, průběh terapie, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, zhodnocení výsledků terapie a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán a popisuje průběh třítýdenní terapie pacientky na Oddělení rehabilitační a fyzikální medicíny v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v Praze. Title of thesis: Sciatic nerve traction palsy after surgery Aim of thesis: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to look at the origin of pheripheral palsy after a total hip replacement and to compile a detailed examination of a patient with sciatic traction palsy after surgery. Method: In the first theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis I am following the problems associated with peripheral palsy after a total hip replacement , it's etiology, risk factors, diagnosis and prognosis. Eventually, I focus on the rehabilitation treatment for peripheral paresis including physiotherapeutic methods and procedures. The second specialized part is an examination of patient with sciatic traction palsy after a total hip replacement. This includes anamnesis, differential judgement, initial examination, short term physiotherpeutic plan, procedure of therapy, final examination, evaluation of therapy effects and long term physiotherapeutic plan. It also describes the processes used in three week's therapy of the patient at The Department of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine in Ústřední vojenská nemocnice in Prague.
