Obezita a možnosti její léčby

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku onemocnění obezitou a podává přehled o současných možnostech terapie obezity. První část je věnována krátkému historickému přehledu o výskytu a terapii obezity a dále klasifikaci závažnosti obezity. Je zde také uveden přehled současného výskytu obezity ve světě. V následujících kapitolách je podrobněji rozebrána etiopatogeneze obezity včetně vlivu genetických predispozic a některých skupin léků na rozvoj obezity. Uvedeny jsou také metody vyšetření pacienta. Rozsáhlejší kapitola je věnována výskytu, příznakům a příčinám možných zdravotních komplikací, včetně patobiochemických aspektů obezity. Následující kapitola se zabývá příčinami vzniku a výskytu obezity v dětství a dospívání a uvádí také možné zdravotní komplikace. Největší část práce se zabývá terapií obezity. Terapie je rozdělena na léčbu nefarmakologickou a farmakologickou. Nefarmakologickou složku terapie tvoří diety, psychoterapie a pohyb. U léčby farmakologické je uveden přehled v současnosti nejčastěji používaných látek, ale i látek, od kterých se již ustupuje, popř. již nejsou k terapii užívány. Jsou probrány i možné perspektivní přípravky k léčbě obezity. Dále jsou zahrnuty i látky volně dostupné v lékárnách. V poslední kapitole jsou probrány-naznačeny možnosti chirurgické léčby.

In my thesis I would like to concentrate on the problem of obesity, it gives us a overview of the possible choices of therapies concerning obesity. The first part is dedicated to a short historical overview about the appearance and therapy of obesity and the classification of the seriousness of obesity. There is also a list of current appearances of obesity in the world. In next chapters there is described the etiopathogenesis in a detailed way including the influence of genetical predisposition and some medication classes. There are also other methods of patients health examinations being introduced. One of the biggest chapters is talking about appearances, significations and causes of possible health complications including pathobiochemical aspects of obesity. The following chapter is dedicated to causes and appearances of obesity in childhood and teenage and it also shows its possible health complications. The biggest part of the thesis is dedicated to the therapy of obesity. Therapy is divided into pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatment. The nonpharmacological part of the therapy is made from diets, psychotherapy and sports.
