Umělé oplodnění

Abstract

v českém jazyce Téma této práce jsem si vybrala z více důvodů. Jedním z nich je samotná poutavost tématu, dalším samozřejmě současný vysoký výskyt neplodnosti v populaci, zároveň však také fakt, že literatura týkající se tohoto tématu není v českém jazyce nikterak obsáhlá a tedy i těžko dostupná, proto jsem se snažila ucelit informace z různých zdrojů do jednoho pramene a tím zjednodušit hledání potřebných informací. Práce popisuje současnou situaci neplodných párů ve světě. Zabývá se především problematikou vzniku a příčin neplodnosti, popisuje čemu se vyvarovat, kdy je vhodné se s problémem svěřit do rukou odborníkovi. Základem je samozřejmě i anatomie pohlavních soustav, menstruační cyklus ženy, průběh ovulace, testy pro zjišťování plodných dnů, hormonální regulace atd., proto je část práce věnována i tomuto problému. V závěru se také věnuje kromě technik umělého oplodnění a vyšetření, která jim předchází i samotnou farmakologickou léčbou a odstraněním problémů vedoucích k neplodnosti.

v anglickém jazyce There have been several reasons for my choice of this topic. One of them is the fact that the topic is very interesting itself. As a second reason, it may be said, is the high occurence of infertility in population and also the fact that literature on this topic is not very frequent and available. I have attempted to round off information from a variety of sources into one text and thus simplify further search for necessary information. The thesis deals with current situation of infertile couples in the world. It deals mostly with the problem of origin and causes of infertility, it describes the factors that should be avoided and also when an expert should be contacted. The basics of this theses is, of course, the anatomy of reproductive organs, woman's period, the course of ovulation, tests for finding out the most fertile time, using hormones etc. Part of the thesis is thus devoted to this issue. Towards the end of the thesis, it is devoted to assisted reproductive techniques and medical examination preceding the pharmacological treatment and also with disposing of issues leading to infertility.
