Vzdělávání žáků v právech dítěte v podmínkách malotřídní školy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním žáků v právech dítěte v podmínkách malotřídní školy. Ke splnění cílů diplomové práce bylo vytvoření metodiky pro vyučování práv dítěte v podmínkách malotřídní školy a její ověření v praxi. Tento záměr byl uskutečňován pomocí dílčích cílů jako je analýza právních dokumentů, které se váží vzdělávání žáků v právech dítěte, zmapování podmínek pro realizaci výuky, čímž bylo vytvoření kauzuistiky Základní školy a mateřské školy Holetín, způsob ukotvování práv dítěte a jejich výuky ve Školním vzdělávacím programu "Poznávám svět" této školy, a v závěru samotné ověření didaktického materiálu akčním výzkumem. The thesis deals with education of pupils in right of the child in the first stage of Primary school. The creation of the methodics for education in right of the child and putting it to practice are the aims of my thesis. This aim has been putting across using partial aims as analysis of the legal documents, which collocate with the education of pupils in right of the child, mapping the conditions for the education in order to realize the education, therefore the casuistry of Primary and Maternity school of Holetín has been created, the way of the right of the child settling and their education in School educational programme "Getting to know the world" of this school, and at the end the confirmation of the didactic materials by the operational research.
