Znalosti sester na pediatrických klinikách v oblasti enterální výživy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku enterální výživy a na úroveň znalostí sester pracujících na pediatrických klinikách v této oblasti. Enterální výživa představuje klíčový způsob zajištění nutričních potřeb u dětských pacientů, kteří nemohou přijímat stravu přirozenou cestou. Její správná aplikace je nezbytná pro jejich růst a vývoj. Teoretická část se věnuje základní charakteristice enterální výživy, jejímu významu, indikacím a možným způsobům podání. Dále se zabývá nejčastějšími možnými komplikacemi se zaměřením na dětské pacienty a specifickou rolí sester v této oblasti. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení výsledků výzkumného šetření týkajícího se úrovně znalostí sester, jejich zkušenostmi a potřebou dalšího vzdělávání v dané oblasti. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat úroveň znalostí sester, zhodnotit jejich zkušenosti a identifikovat případné nedostatky. Metodou pro sběr dat bylo zvoleno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření s využitím nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Anonymní dotazník byl distribuován mezi sestry pracující na pediatrických klinikách Fakultní nemocnice Motol a Homolka. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of enteral nutrition and the level of knowledge of nurses working in pediatric clinics in this field. Enteral nutrition represents a key method of meeting the nutritional needs of pediatric patients who are unable to receive food naturally. Its proper administration is essential for their growth and development. The theoretical part deals with the basic characteristics of enteral nutrition, its importance, indications and possible methods of administration. It also addresses the most common potential complications, with a focus on pediatric patients, as well as the specific role of nurses in this field. The empirical part of the thesis is aimed at evaluation the results of a research survey concerning the nurses' knowledge, their experience, and their need for further education in this field. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the level of nurses' knowledge, evaluate their experience and identify possible deficiencies. The method chosen for obtaining data was a quantitative research survey using a non- standardized questionnaire designed by the author.
