Abstract

Spolupráce dětských sester a porodních asistentek v postnatální péči o matku a novorozence Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací mezi porodními asistentkami a dětskými sestrami v postnatální péči o matku a novorozence. Hlavním zkoumaným tématem byly formy dané spolupráce, komunikace mezi profesemi, jejich role v multidisciplinárním týmu a vymezení kompetencí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základní charakteristikou období po porodu, rolemi dětských sester a porodních asistentek v postnatální péči dle jejich kompetencí a dále jejich vzájemnou spoluprací a komunikací. Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat formu a kvalitu této spolupráce a porovnat subjektivní pohled obou profesních skupin. Zároveň poté zhodnocení faktorů, které mohou práci vylepšovat či naopak znevýhodňovat a možné návrhy na její zlepšení. Metodologie: Empirická část práce byla realizována pomocí kvalitativního šetření prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s porodními asistentkami a dětskými sestrami pracujících na oddělení šestinedělí a neonatologie v různých zdravotnických zařízení. Bachelor thesis title: Collaboration between Paediatric nurses and Midwifes in postnatal Care for Mother and Newborn This bachelor thesis examines the collaboration between midwifes and paediatric nurses in postnatal care for mothers and newborns, focusing on the forms of cooperation, interprofessional communication, their roles within the multidisciplinary team, and the definition of their competencies. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of the postpartum period, the roles of paediatric nurses and midwifes in postnatal care according to their competencies, and the collaboration and communication between these professions. Objective: The aim of the thesis was to map the form and quality of this collaboration and to compare the subjective perspectives of both professional groups, including an assessment of factors that may enhance or hinder their work, and suggestions for improvement.
