Diagnostika anorektálních malformací pomocí feed and wrap techniky na MRI u dětí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vrozených anorektálních malformací, principem magnetické rezonance a podrobným popisem techniky feed and wrap. Součástí práce je dále výzkumná část zaměřená na porovnání vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí provedených v celkové anestezii a vyšetření realizovaných pomocí techniky feed and wrap. Na základě tohoto porovnání jsou hodnoceny přínosy feed and wrap techniky a její diagnostický význam. Hlavním cílem práce bylo ověřit, zda feed and wrap technika představuje spolehlivou metodu, která může u malých dětí při vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí snížit potřebu celkové anestezie. Dílčí cíle zahrnovaly hodnocení pohybových artefaktů, posouzení zobrazení důležitých anatomických struktur a měření délky jednotlivých vyšetření. Výzkum byl realizován metodou retrospektivní unicentrické studie na Klinice zobrazovacích metod 2. LF UK a FN Motol, a to u souboru pacientů vyšetřených v celkové anestezii a u pacientů vyšetřených technikou feed and wrap v období hlubokého spánku. Data použitá pro zpracování studie byla získána z databáze proktologického týmu Kliniky dětské chirurgie 2. LF UK a FN Motol. Od rodičů nebo zákonných zástupců pacientů byl před provedením vyšetření získán podepsaný informovaný souhlas. Závěr práce svými výsledky jednotlivé stanovené cíle a hypotézy...

The bachelor's thesis deals with congenital anorectal malformations, the principles of magnetic resonance imaging, and a detailed description of the feed-and-wrap technique. The thesis also includes a research section focused on comparing magnetic resonance examinations performed under general anesthesia with those carried out using the feed- and-wrap technique. Based on this comparison, the benefits of the feed-and-wrap technique and its diagnostic significance are evaluated. The main aim of the thesis was to verify whether the feed-and-wrap technique represents a reliable method that can reduce the need for general anesthesia in young children undergoing magnetic resonance imaging. The partial objectives included the evaluation of motion artifacts, assessment of the visualization of important anatomical structures, and measurement of the duration of individual examinations. The research was conducted using a retrospective single-center study at the Department of Imaging Methods, Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and Motol University Hospital.
