Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta před a po implantaci stentgraftu do abdominální aorty

Abstract

The submitted Bachelor thesis deals with nursing care for a patient after endovascular treatment of an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). The aim of the thesis is to present basic knowledge about AAA with a greater focus on its treatment by the endovascular pathway and on the individual case of the patient to show what care for such a patient looks like before and after stentgraft implantation. In the final discussion, I tried to compare the theory outlined with the practical part. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part processed in the form of a case report. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po endovaskulární léčbě aneuryzmatu abdominální aorty (AAA). Cílem práce je předložit základní poznatky o AAA s větším zaměřením na jeho léčbu endovaskulární cestou a na konkrétním případu pacienta ukázat, jak vypadá péče o takovéhoto pacienta před implantací stentgraftu a po ní. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou část a praktickou část zpracovanou formou kazuistiky. V závěrečné diskuzi jsem se snažila porovnat nastíněnou teorii s poznatky z kazuistiky. Dále jsem svoji kazuistiku porovnávala s jinými prácemi. Klíčová slova: ošetřovatelská péče, aneuryzma abdominální aorty, endovaskulární léčba, implantace, stentgraft.
