Podmínky pro praxi studentů v ÚVN

Abstract

This bachelor thesis examines the conditions provided by the Central Military Hospital to the students of non-medical health professions. Theoretical part describes the importance of clinical practice in professional training. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on educational conditions, such as student uniforms, locker rooms, catering during practice and mentoring. The empirical part presents the results of a quantitative questionnaire survey conducted among students practicing at the Central Military Hospital. The research focused on evaluating the material and technical facilities, satisfaction with the organization of clinical practice, and identifying factors affecting the quality of the learning environment. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the findings and provides feedback to the Central Military Hospital. The survey results can serve as a basis for optimizing the conditions of professional clinical practice.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami, které poskytuje Ústřední vojenská nemocnice studentům nelékařských zdravotnických oborů. V teoretické části je popsán význam odborné praxe v profesní přípravě. Práce se dále věnuje podmínkám výuky, jako jsou studentské uniformy, šatny, stravování na praxi a mentoring. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření předkládaného studentům praktikujícím v ÚVN. Výzkum se zaměřil na hodnocení materiálně technického zázemí, spokojenost s organizací klinické praxe a identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících kvalitu výukového prostředí. V závěru práce shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a poskytuje Ústřední vojenské nemocnici zpětnou vazbu. Výsledky šetření mohou sloužit jako podklad pro optimalizaci podmínek odborné praxe.
