Title: Stress Management Strategies in Tennis Players Objective: The main objective of the thesis was to analyze the perception of stress factors and identify specific coping strategies used by active tennis players in training and match environments. Methods: Data were obtained through quantitative research using a structured questionnaire (Google Forms). The research group consisted of 55 active players (N = 55), predominantly from the Pliskova Tennis Academy. Descriptive statistics (arithmetic mean, frequencies) and thematic coding of open-ended responses were used for evaluation. Results: The research showed that the strongest source of stress is internal pressure in the form of the players' own expectations (x ̄ = 3.98), which dominates over the external influence of parents and coaches. The most critical game moments are break points and set endings (x ̄ = 3.65). In the area of stress management, intuitive strategies (social support, positive self-talk, rituals) prevail over systematic mental training, the regular use of which was identified as minimal in the group (x ̄ = 2.11). Keywords: tennis, stress, coping strategies, sport psychology, mental training, performance.
