Kázeňské problémy ve výuce začínajících učitelů

Abstract

Diplomová práce má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter. Zabývá se problematikou kázně ve výuce začínajících učitelů. Teoretická část objasňuje význam termínu školní kázeň a popisuje příčiny nekázně. Věnuje se strategiím pro předcházení nežádoucímu chování a možnostem jeho řešení. V diplomové práci je rovněž prezentován realizovaný výzkum, jehož cílem je především zjistit pohled učitelů na nekázeň a zmapovat jejich postupy při předcházení nekázni a jejím řešení.

The thesis has both, theoretical and research character. It is focused on the problems connected with discipline in beginner's teaching. The theoretical part clarifes the term of school discipline and describes its causes. There are presented strategies of discipline prevention and ways of discipline solutions. The empirical part describes a research that was aimed to find out teacher's view on indiscipline and it was intended to teacher's ways of prevention of indiscipline and their solutions.
