Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře distální fibuly. Cíle práce: Shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou stav po abrupci apexu fibuly bez posunutí. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše doplněné o případovou studii, která vychází z odborné praxe absolvované na Rehabilitační klinice Medicentrum Praha v období od 12. 1. do 6. 2. 2026. Práce je členěna na část obecnou a speciální. V obecné části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se stavby a funkce nožní klenby a dále základní problematika traumatologie pohybového aparátu, zejména poranění, jejich diagnostika, klasifikace, proces hojení a možnosti léčby zlomenin. Součástí je také podrobnější rozbor zlomenin v oblasti hlezenního kloubu, včetně diagnostických metod, terapeutických přístupů a rehabilitačních postupů se zaměřením na fyzioterapii. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta po konzervativně léčené fraktuře distální fibuly - konkrétně abrupci apexu bez dislokace. Obsahuje komplexní vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, stanovení terapeutického plánu a cílů terapie a popis průběhu 8 terapeutických jednotek.
