Petra Reckziegelová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po zlomenině krčku humeru Cíle práce: Cílem práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky o frakturách proximálního humeru a následné rehabilitaci a současně prezentovat kazuistiku pacientky léčené konzervativně po fraktuře chirurgického krčku humeru vlevo. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a speciální část. Teoretická část se věnuje ramennímu komplexu, frakturám proximálního humeru a základním principům léčby se zaměřením na následnou rehabilitaci. Speciální část tvoří kazuistika pacientky léčené konzervativně po fraktuře chirurgického krčku humeru vlevo, zpracovaná v rámci souvislé odborné praxe na rehabilitační ambulanci Oblastní nemocnice Kladno v období 13.-30. 1. 2026. Vstupní vyšetření prokázalo omezení rozsahu pohybu a svalové síly levé horní končetiny a poruchu pohybového stereotypu ramenního pletence. Fyzioterapie byla zaměřena na postupné zvyšování rozsahu pohybu, nácvik stabilizace lopatky a ramenního pletence, posílení a zlepšení funkce v ADL; ve výstupním vyšetření byl zaznamenán funkční posun oproti vstupu. Petra Reckziegelová Title: A case report on physiotherapy management of a patient after a surgical neck fracture of the humerus Aim: The aim of the thesis is to summarize the teoretická background on proximal humerus fractures and subsequent rehabilitation and to present a case report of a female patient treated conservatively after a fracture of the surgical neck of the left humerus. Summary: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the shoulder complex, proximal humerus fractures and basic treatment principles with an emphasis on subsequent rehabilitation. The practical part presents a case report of a female patient treated conservatively after a fracture of the surgical neck of the left humerus, prepared during continuous clinical placement at the outpatient rehabilitation department of Kladno Regional Hospital from 13 to 30 January 2026. The initial assessment revealed limited range of motion and reduced muscle strength of the left upper limb and an altered movement pattern of the shoulder girdle.
