Svatava Neuwirthová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou reverzní TEP ramenního kloubu Cíle: Mezi cíle této bakalářské práce patří shrnutí teoretických informací týkajících se ramenního kloubu, jeho kineziologie, anatomie, patologie a možnostmi léčby se zaměřením na ortopedické řešení formou reverzní TEP. Dále také vypracování Rehabilitačního plánu pro pacienty s reverzní TEP ramenního kloubu a vypracování kazuistiky pacienta s reverzní TEP ramenního kloubu. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Část teoretická se zaobírá shrnutím teoretických informací týkajících se ramenního kloubu, jeho kineziologie, anatomie, patologie a možnostmi léčby se zaměřením na ortopedické řešení formou reverzní TEP. Dále speciální část obsahuje vypracovanou kazuistiku pacienta po operaci reverzní TEP ramenního kloubu. Výsledky: Během terapií došlo u pacientky ke zvýšení rozsahu pohybu a svalové síly v rámci ramenního kloubu. Závěr: Stanovených cílů se dosáhnout podařilo. Teoretická část obsahuje všechny informace nutné pro porozumění problematiky reverzní TEP ramenního kloubu. Furthermore, the thesis aims to develop a rehabilitation plan for patients with reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and to present a case study of a patient who has undergone this procedure. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part focuses on summarizing theoretical information related to the shoulder joint, including its kinesiology, anatomy, pathology, and treatment options, with a particular focus on orthopedic management in the form of reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. The practical part includes a developed case study of a patient after surgery for reverse total shoulder arthroplasty of the shoulder joint.
