Nathalie Stehlíková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem teoretické části je seznámení s teoretickými poznatky a problematikou zlomenin proximálního humeru a endoprotéz ramenního kloubu včetně jejich rehabilitace. Cílem speciální části je seznámení s průběhem rehabilitace pacientky po implantaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu. Metody: Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše odborné literatury a odborných článků. Tato část se zabývá kineziologií ramenního pletence, zlomeninami proximálního humeru a endoprotézami ramenního kloubu. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky po implantaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu. Tato část zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, denní záznam terapie a zhodnocení výsledků terapie. Výsledky: Výstupní vyšetření provedené po čtyřech týdnech rehabilitace ukázalo zlepšení rozsahu a zvýšení svalové síly v operovaném ramenním kloubu. Zaznamenalo také snížení bolestivosti. Použité fyzioterapeutické postupy byly efektivní. Závěr: Fyzioterapie představuje významnou součást péče o pacienta po implantaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu....

Objectives: The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the theoretical background and issues related to proximal humerus fractures and shoulder joint endoprostheses, including their rehabilitation. The aim of the practical part is to present the rehabilitation process of a patient after implantation of shoulder hemiarthroplasty. Methods: The theoretical part is processed in the form of a literature review of professional publications and scientific articles. It deals with the kinesiology of the shoulder girdle, proximal humerus fractures, and shoulder joint endoprostheses. The practical part contains a case study of a patient after implantation of shoulder hemiarthroplasty. This section includes the initial and final kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, daily therapy records, and evaluation of the therapy outcomes. Results: The final examination performed after four weeks of rehabilitation showed an improvement in the range of motion and an increase in muscle strength in the operated shoulder joint.
