Abstract

Název práce Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po iCMP s pravostrannou hemiparézou Cíl práce Cílem této práce bylo poskytnout teoretické poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě a zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče pacientky po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě s pravostrannou hemiparézou Metodika práce Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a část speciální (praktickou). Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o onemocnění, jeho vyšetření a některé fyzioterapeutické intervence. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika reálného pacienta a fyzioterapeutické postupy zaměřené na zlepšení stavu pacientky. Závěr shrnuje efekt terapie a diskuzi, dále i zásadní body práce. Výsledky V průběhu terapií došlo ke zlepšování stavu pacientky. Nejvýraznější pokrok byl zaznamenán v transferu na lůžku a jeho okolí, dále ve zlepšení rozsahu pohybu v pravém ramenním kloubu a snížení bolestivosti. Title Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after stroke with right-sided hemiparesis Objectives The aim of this thesis was to provide theoretical knowledge about stroke and to develop a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after an ischemic stroke with right-sided hemiparesis. Methods The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a special (practical) part. The theoretical section describes essential information about the condition, its clinical assessment, and selected physiotherapeutic interventions. The special part presents a case study of a real patient and physiotherapeutic procedures aimed at improving the patient's functional status. The conclusion summarizes the effect of the therapy, discusses the achieved outcomes, and highlights the key points of the thesis. Results During the course of therapy, the patient's condition improved. The most significant progress was observed in bed mobility and transfers, as well as in the improvement of the range of motion in the right shoulder joint and a reduction in pain.
