Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po implantaci TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku a teoretické zpracování poznatků z kineziologie kyčelního kloubu, problematiky osteoartrózy a totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu včetně postupů rehabilitace. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část speciální. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a zaměřuje se na kineziologii a patofyziologii kyčelního kloubu, včetně možností využití fyzioterapeutických metod. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: V průběhu fyzioterapeutické intervence došlo ke zlepšení funkčního stavu pacientky, zejména ke zvýšení rozsahu pohybu a zvýšení svalové síly operované dolní končetiny. Závěr: Zpracování kazuistiky umožnilo propojení teoretických znalostí s praktickými dovednostmi a přispělo k hlubšímu porozumění dané problematice. Fyzioterapeutická péče měla pozitivní vliv na funkční stav pacientky a potvrdila význam individuálně vedené terapie. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient after Total Hip Arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to process a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient and to provide a theoretical overview of kinesiology of the hip joint, the issues of osteoarthritis, and total hip replacement, including rehabilitation procedures. Methods: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and focuses on the kinesiology and pathophysiology of the hip joint, including possibilities of physiotherapeutic methods. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient and an evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Results: During the physiotherapeutic intervention, an improvement in the patient's functional condition was observed, particularly an increase in the range of motion and an increase in muscle strength of the operated lower limb. Conclusion: The case study made it possible to connect theoretical knowledge with practical skills and contributed to a deeper understanding of the given issue.
