Petra Reckziegelová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po CCEP ramenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po implantaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy (CCEP) levého ramenního kl., popsání aplikované terapie po výkonu a vyhodnocení efektu rehabilitačního plánu v pooperačním období. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii, kineziologii ramenního pletence, klasifikaci kloubních náhrad a standardním postupům pooperační rehabilitace. Praktická část byla realizována v zařízení MediCentrum Chodov v lednu 2026. Metodika zahrnovala vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, 9 terapeutických jednotek a výstupní vyšetření. Výsledky: U pacienta došlo k nárůstu aktivní hybnosti, zvýšení svalové síly levé horní končetiny, snížení bolestivosti ramenního kl. při pohybu a dosažení soběstačnosti v základních aktivitách denního života. Závěr: Navržený rehabilitační program se ukázal jako efektivní. Včasná fyzioterapie vedla k obnově funkčního rozsahu pohybu a úspěšné integraci operované končetiny do běžného života. Petra Reckziegelová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient After Hemiarthroplasty of the Shoulder Joint Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to present a case study of a patient after hemiarthroplasty of the left shoulder and to describe the therapy applied post-surgery, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the rehabilitation plan during the postoperative period. Methods: The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical section focuses on the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder girdle, the classification of the joint arthroplasties, and standard procedures for postoperative rehabilitation. The practical section was conducted at the MediCentrum Chodov facility in January 2026. The methodology included an initial kinesiological examination, 9 therapeutic sessions, and a final examination. Results: The patient showed an increase in active range of motion, increased muscle strength in the left upper limb, reduced pain in the shoulder joint during movement, and achieved independence in basic activities of daily living.
