Jana Sohrová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ruptura předního zkříženého vazu v kolenním kloubu - stav po plastice Cíl práce: Cílem práce bylo zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu pravého kolenního kloubu a v rámci speciální části zhodnotit efekt vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů v rámci individuálně vedené terapie. Cílem teoretické části bylo shromáždit a zpracovat relevantní anatomické, kineziologické, biomechanické a klinické poznatky o kolenním kloubu a ruptuře LCA. Metody práce: Teoretická část vychází z rešerše odborné české a zahraniční literatury. Praktická část zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a denní záznam průběhu terapie. Fyzioterapeutická péče probíhala ambulantně v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze v období od 20. ledna do 5. února 2026. Výsledky práce: V rámci teoretické části se povedlo zjistit a zpracovat cenné anatomické, kineziologické a funkční informace ohledně kolenního kloubu. V praktické části došlo u pacienta po ukončení terapeutického programu k významnému zlepšení ve funkčnosti kolenního kloubu, například zvýšení rozsahu pohybu, zvýšení svalové síly a zlepšení stability. Jana Sohrová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rupture in the Knee Joint - Postoperative State after Reconstruction Aim of the study: The aim of the thesis was to compile a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the right knee joint and, within the practical section, to evaluate the effect of selected physiotherapeutic methods and procedures in the context of individually guided therapy. The aim of the theoretical section was to gather and process relevant anatomical, kinesiological, biomechanical, and clinical knowledge concerning the knee joint and ACL rupture. Methods: The theoretical section is based on a review of Czech and foreign professional literature. The practical section includes an initial and final kinesiological examination as well as a daily record of the therapy process. Physiotherapeutic care was provided on an outpatient basis at the Centre for Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System in Prague between January 20 and February 5, 2026.
