Autor: Sára Kučerová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o problematice totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a na to navazující zpracování kazuistiky konkrétní pacientky po tomto operačním výkonu. Práce si dále klade za cíl posoudit efektivitu a přínos zvolených fyzioterapeutických postupů v rámci rehabilitačního procesu. Metody: Teoretická část práce se věnuje anatomii, biomechanice a kinematice kyčelního kloubu a dále problematice koxoartrózy a totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Praktická část je koncipována jako kazuistika, která obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, stanovení krátkodobého i dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, záznam terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Odborná praxe byla realizována na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky od 19.1. 2026 do 13.2. 2026. Z celkového počtu 12 plánovaných terapeutických jednotek bylo z důvodu onemocnění pacientky uskutečněno 9 terapií. Výsledky: Výsledný efekt péče lze hodnotit jako úspěšný, neboť došlo k významnému zvýšení svalové síly, zvětšení rozsahů pohybu v operovaném kloubu, redukci otoku a uvolnění hypertonních svalů způsobující silné křeče. Author: Sára Kučerová Title: Case Study of physiotherapy care for a patient after total hip arthroplasty Objective: The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge regarding total hip arthroplasty and subsequently develop a case study of a specific patient following this surgical procedure. Furthermore, the thesis aims to evaluate the effectiveness and benefits of the selected physiotherapeutic interventions within the rehabilitation process. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the anatomy, biomechanics, and kinematics of the hip joint, as well as the issues of coxarthrosis and total hip arthroplasty. The practical part is designed as a case study, including an initial kinesiological analysis, the determination of short-term and long-term therapeutic plans, records of therapeutic sessions, a final kinesiological analysis, and an evaluation of the therapy's effects. The clinical internship was conducted at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic from January 19, 2026, to February 13, 2026. Out of the 12 planned therapeutic sessions, 9 were conducted due to the patient's illness.
