Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s pertrochanterickou frakturou femuru se stavem po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě. Cíl: Cílem první části této bakalářské práce je shrnout co možná nejaktuálnější poznatky v oblasti dané kombinované diagnózy a následné rehabilitace. Text se věnuje etiopatogenezi, klasifikaci a následkům cévní mozkové příhody i fraktury femuru. Cílem praktické části je vypracování kazuistiky pacientky s kineziologickým rozborem, fyzioterapeutickým plánem a konkrétním popisem průběhu rehabilitace včetně výsledků celé terapie. Metody: Teoretická část práce byla zpracována na podkladě dostupné literatury a za pomoci AI. Všechny zdroje jsou řádně citovány dle APA 7 a uvedeny v seznamu použité literatury. Speciální část byla napsána na podkladě přímé spolupráce s pacientkou v Nemocnici AGEL Říčany a.s. v období ledna - února 2026 při plnění souvislé odborné praxe. Výsledky: Teoretická část práce shrnuje aktuální poznatky řešení a rehabilitace fraktury femuru, dále zahrnuje informace o cévní mozkové příhodě, její rehabilitaci a syntézu obou těchto diagnóz. Objective: The aim of the first part of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize the most up-to- date knowledge in the field of the given combined diagnosis and rehabilitation; it summarizes findings on etiopathogenesis and classification, and outlines the consequences of both stroke and femoral fracture as such. The special part is focused on a patient case study, including a kinesiological analysis, a physiotherapy plan, and a specific description of the course of rehabilitation, including the result of the entire therapy. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was compiled based on available literature and with the assistence of AI. All sources are properly cited according to APA 7 and listed in the bibliography.
