Author: Kateřina Kunešová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care for a Patient after Total Knee Replacement Implantation Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide an overview of theoretical knowledge related to total knee joint replacement and, at the same time, to present a case study of a patient who has undergone this surgical procedure. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge from the fields of kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint, and further addresses indications for knee joint endoprosthesis and the principles of physiotherapeutic care, including the methods used. The practical part contains a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient following total knee replacement implantation. This case study was developed during continuous professional practice carried out in January and Februrary 2026 at the Ústřední vojenská nemocnice. It includes an initial examination of the patient, a detailed description of individual therapeutic sessions, a final examination, and an overall evaluation of the effectiveness of the therapy. Autor: Kateřina Kunešová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat přehled teoretických poznatků vztahujících se k problematice totální náhrady kolenního kloubu a zároveň zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta, jenž tento chirurgický výkon absolvoval. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje shrnutí poznatků z oblasti kineziologie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu, dále se zabývá indikacemi pro kolenní endoprotézu a principy fyzioterapeutické péče včetně využívaných metod. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Tato kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci souvislé odborné praxe realizované v období ledna a února 2026 v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici . Zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření pacienta, detailní popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní vyšetření a celkové zhodnocení účinnosti terapie. K diagnostice i samotné terapii byly použity neinvazivní fyzioterapeutické postupy odpovídající znalostem získaným během bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na UK FTVS.
