Kazuistika ortoticko-protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou transtibiální amputace

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je kazuistika pacienta po transtibiální amputaci pravé dolní končetiny po dopravní nehodě, ke které došlo před šesti lety. Pacient je již vybaven kompenzační pomůckou na běžné chození, cílem práce bylo v rámci kazuistiky návrh a výroba nového protézového lůžka z důvodu změny objemu pahýlu a výroba sportovní protézy. Výroba nového protézového lůžka trvala pět dní, aplikace pomůcky proběhla úspěšně ke spokojenosti pacienta. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is a case study of a patient who suffered a loss of right lower limb in a traffic accident three years ago, which led to the transtibial amputation of the said limb. The patient has already been provided with compensatory aid and the aim of this thesis was the design and manufacture of a new prosthetic bed due to the change in the size of the stump, as well as inspection of the existing components of the prosthesis to determine whether they suit the patient. The production process of the new prosthetic bed took five days, the application of the device was successful and to the satisfaction of the patient.
