Vedení trenérů v amatérském fotbalovém klubu

Abstract

Title: Leadership of coaches in an amateur football club. Goals: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to determine, based on semi-structured interviews with coaches and assistants, how they are managed in a selected amateur football club. Subsequently, it aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the coaching management and to create proposals for improvement. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is based on qualitative research. Specifically, it involves informal semi-structured interviews with the club's coaches, which serve to understand the leadership of coaches in an amateur football club. Results: The qualitative data analysis conducted within the framework of semi-structured interviews yielded results that describe the coaching style of the selected amateur club. The leadership style is democratic, almost laissez-faire, and the coaches are perceived positively. Other aspects of the coaches' leadership, which the work addresses, are mostly also perceived positively, with a rare exception. The club should continue with the established style and further improve individual aspects in the management of its coaches. Název: Vedení trenérů v amatérském fotbalovém klubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s trenéry a asistenty zjistit, jak jsou ve vybraném amatérském fotbalovém klubu vedeni. Následně identifikovat silné a slabé stránky ve vedení trenérů a vytvořit návrhy ke zlepšení. Metody: Bakalářská práce je založená na kvalitativním výzkumu. Konkrétně se jedná o neformální polostrukturované rozhovory s trenéry klubu, které slouží k poznání stylu vedení trenérů v amatérském fotbalovém klubu. Výsledky: Kvalitativní analýza dat, která byla použita v rámci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, přinesla výsledky, které popisují styl vedení trenérů vybraného amatérského klubu. Styl vedení je demokratický, až volný, a trenéry je vnímán pozitivně. Další aspekty vedení trenérů, kterými se práce zabývá jsou vesměs také vnímány pozitivně, až na ojedinělou výjimku. Klub má pokračovat v nastaveném stylu a dále zdokonalovat jednotlivé aspekty ve vedení svých trenérů. Klíčová slova Leadership; vedení trenérů; management; fotbalový klub; styl vedení
