Abstract

7 Abstract The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of entering the operating theater. The operating theater represents a highly specific environment governed by strict hygienic and epidemiological rules, the violation of which can endanger the safety of both patients and staff. The aim of the thesis was to create a comprehensive audiovisual material that provides students with a clear overview of the basic rules for entering and leaving the operating theatre and helps them navigate their first encounter with this setting. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the development and organization of operating theatres, their architectural and operational structure, and especially with the hygienic and epidemiological regime. It describes in detail the related measures, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, and movement within the operating theatre. The practical part outlines the process of creating educational videos, which form an integral part of the thesis. These videos demonstrate the correct procedure for entering and exiting the operating theatre in accordance with current recommendations and standards. The final output consists of two educational videos designed for students, which can be used as supplementary material for both classroom instruction and self-study.

6 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vstupu na operační sál. Operační trakt představuje vysoce specifické prostředí s přísnými hygienicko- epidemiologickými pravidly, jejichž nedodržení může ohrozit bezpečnost pacientů i personálu. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit ucelený audiovizuální materiál, který studentům poskytne srozumitelný přehled o základních pravidlech vstupu a odchodu z operačního sálu a usnadní jim orientaci při prvním kontaktu s tímto prostředím. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vývoji a uspořádání operačních sálů, jejich stavebnímu a provoznímu členění a především hygienicko- epidemiologickému režimu. Podrobně jsou popsána režimová opatření včetně hygieny rukou, osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků a pohybu na operačním sále. Praktická část popisuje proces tvorby edukačních videí, která tvoří nedílnou součást práce. Zachycují správný postup při vstupu na operační sál a jeho opuštění v souladu s platnými doporučeními a normami. Výstupem jsou dvě výuková videa určená pro studenty, která mohou sloužit jako podpůrný materiál při výuce i samostudiu.
