Vysledky: Pilotni dotaznik se podafilo sestavit, diky samotne konstrukci dotazniku se he v dalsich setfenich vyvarovat zjistenym chybdm a nepfesnostem. Title: Coach's Key Competens -pilot survey Author: Vladena Zemanovd Goals of thesis: Based on the theoretical part of my final thesis, I tried to conduct a survey, which has never been conducted before. It was supposed to show two aspects of a trainer's job. The first one is education (based on a model of a new concept of lifelong education) and the second one is the importance of key competence in activities of a trainer. Methodology: I made a questionnaire, which is divided into two parts. The first one is about the education and it's called Trainer Q and the second one is called Competence Q, which asks the respondents questions connected to particular activities in different dimensions of key competence. Results: I was successful at making a pilot questionnaire, which could be useful in future surveys. Additionally, the part of the questionnaire about the activities in particular dimensions of key competence can be tested. Key words: trainer, key competence, education, abilities, skills, personality
