Nazev: Realizace individualnich pohybovych programu Realization of individual aerobic programs Cil prace: Ovefovani, zda mnou navrzene pohybove programy pro zlepsovani zdatnosti jsou ucinne, provedeme na zaklade porovnavani zmen v kriteriich efektivity. Za tato kriteria jsme vybrali somaticka data, vysledky motorickych testu a spokojenost zakazniku. Metoda: fizeny rozhovor (interview) - vyber vyzkumnych osob a zaverecne hodnoceni klientu vstupni dotaznik - somaticka data testovani vybranych faktoru zdatnosti vstupni a vystupni vytvofeni individualnich modelovych fit programu prime pozorovani osob v lekcich osobnim trenerem srovnavani kriterii efektivity fitness programu vyhodnoceni (shrnuti poznatku, grafy, tabulky) Vysledky: Po vyhodnoceni tabulek a grafu jsme zjistili, ze trenovani klientu bylo uspesne. Individualne zvoleny fitness program vyvolal zmeny ve slozkach zdatnostijen castecne. Nase pfedpoklady o fitness programech,ktere umoznuji pohybovou seberealizaci se splnily. Fitness program kombinujici posilovaci trenink s aerobni aktivitou byl efektivnejsi nez pouze trenink posilovaci. Diky fyzicke aktivite se projevilo zlepseni nalady a navozeni dobreho pocitu a chuti dale pokracovat ve cvicebnim planu.
