v Abstract Author: Simona Smolková Title: Case study of physiotherapy care for a patient diagnosed with neurosarcoidosis Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the theoretical background of neurosarcoidosis diagnosis, along with the practical physiotherapy case study of a patient with neurosarcoidosis. Methods: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part provides an overview of sarcoidosis and its neurological manifestations in terms of pathophysiology, etiopathogenesis, clinical picture and other areas necessary for a comprehensive understanding of this diagnosis, including the diagnostic and treatment options. The practical part consists of a case report of a patient with this diagnosis, including an initial examination, a description of all therapy sessions, and a final examination with evaluation of the treatment effect. The practical part was carried out in the rehabilitation hospital in Beroun for the period from January 21, 2025 to February 3, 2025. Results: The patient demonstrated increased muscle strength in the lower limbs and improved range of motion in the left knee joint, along with enhanced activation of the deep stabilizing muscle system and overall improvement in postural stability. iv Abstrakt Autor: Simona Smolková Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou neurosarkoidóza Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické poznatky diagnózy neurosarkoidóza spolu s praktickým vypracováním fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s neurosarkoidózou. Metody: Práce je tvořena dvěma částmi - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace o sarkoidóze a jejích neurologických projevech z hlediska patofyziologie, etiopatogeneze, klinického obrazu a dalších oblastí nutných pro komplexní porozumění této diagnóze, včetně možností diagnostiky a léčby pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky s touto diagnózou a zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření, popis terapeutických jednotek, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocením efektu terapie. Praktická část byla provedená v Rehabilitační nemocnici v Berouně v období od 21. 1. 2025 do 3. 2. 2025. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo ke zvýšení svalové síly dolních končetin a rozsahu pohybu v levým kolenním kloubu, zlepšení aktivity hlubokého stabilizačního systému a celkové stability, což je ukázáno ve zhodnocení efektu terapie. Terapie je tak možné považovat za úspěšné, neboť se podařilo naplnit většinu předem vytýčených cílů. Závěr: Předem stanovené cíle byly úspěšně naplněny a dosažené výsledky prokazují...
