Kateřina Maršáková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Retreatment for a Patient After Liver Transplantation Objective: The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge related to liver transplantation and to present a detailed case study of an adult patient who underwent this surgical procedure. Methods: This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a special (practical) part. The theoretical section focuses on summarizing key information regarding liver transplantation, particularly issues related to donor and recipient aspects as well as viral hepatitis. Furthermore, the thesis addresses general principles of rehabilitation following liver transplantation and provides an overview of physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment methods. The special part includes a detailed case study of physiotherapeutic care provided to a patient after liver transplantation. It also presents an overview of therapeutic interventions carried out during professional clinical practice at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague during January and February 2025. Kateřina Maršáková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transplantaci jater Cíl: Hlavním záměrem této bakalářské práce je souhrn teoretických poznatků týkajících se transplantace jater a zpracování detailní kazuistiky dospělého pacienta, jenž tímto chirurgickým zákrokem prošel. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část speciální. Teoretická část se věnuje shrnutí klíčových informací o transplantaci jater, a to zejména problematice dárcovství ze strany donora i příjemce a problematice virových hepatitid. Dále se práce soustředí na obecné principy rehabilitace po transplantaci jater a na přehled fyzioterapeutických vyšetřovacích a terapeutických postupů. Speciální část obsahuje podrobnou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po transplantaci jater, jejíž součástí je také přehled terapeutických intervencí realizovaných v rámci odborné praxe v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze během ledna a února 2025. Výsledky: V průběhu deseti absolvovaných terapeutických jednotek došlo u pacientky ke zlepšení fyzické kondice i soběstačnosti.
