Informovanost zákonného zástupce pacienta s febrilními křečemi

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Informovanost zákonného zástupce pacienta s febrilními křečemi" se zabývá, jak již z názvu práce vyplývá, informovaností zákonných zástupců o febrilních křečích a horečce. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a do jaké míry jsou zákonní zástupci o této problematice informováni. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na základní poznatky o horečce a její komplikaci, febrilních křečích. Jsou zde zpracovány jednotlivé kapitoly týkající se dané problematiky. V kapitole o horečce jsou popsány její příčiny, metody měření i možnosti terapie. Následující kapitola se věnuje klasifikaci febrilních křečí, jejich rizikovým faktorům, klinickým projevům a možnostem léčby. V empirické části práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumného šetření, které se zaměřovalo na získání informací o informovanosti respondentů na téma horečky a febrilních křečí. Tato část také obsahuje kapitolu, v níž jsou tyto výsledky porovnány s daty z jiných výzkumů na stejné či podobné téma. Metodou pro získání dat bylo zvoleno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření s využitím nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. The bachelor's thesis titled "Awareness of the Legal Guardian of a Patient with Febrile Seizures" deals, as the title suggests, with the awareness of legal guardians regarding febrile seizures and fever. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether, and to what extent, legal guardians are informed about this issue. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on fundamental knowledge about fever and its complication-febrile seizures. It includes chapters that address the various aspects of the issue. The chapter on fever describes its causes, methods of measurement, and treatment options. The following chapter is dedicated to the classification of febrile seizures, their risk factors, clinical manifestations, and treatment possibilities. The empirical part evaluates the results of a research survey aimed at gathering information on the respondents' awareness of fever and febrile seizures. This section also includes a chapter comparing the results with data from other studies on the same or similar topics. Method to collect data, a quantitative research survey was conducted using a non- standardized questionnaire created by the author.
