Znalost sester v péči o pacienta s psychiatrickou diagnózou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována znalostí sester v péči o pacienta s psychiatrickou diagnózou. Celá práce je koncipována na dvě základní části, teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na základní ukotvení zkoumané problematiky. Teoretická východiska se tak zaměřují nejen na definování psychiatrického ošetřovatelství, ale také na historický kontext, významná jména a klíčové poznatky, které dávají celé práci hlubší charakter a dílčí souvislosti. Cíle: Cílem práce je zmapovat základní screeningové metody a specifické ošetřovatelské postupy sestry používají při výkonu své každodenní práce. Dílčí otázky se pak zaměřují na subjektivní vnímání ideálního průběhu péče o pacienta s psychiatrickou chorobou, znalosti péče o pacienty s vybranými chorobami a preventivní opatření. Metody: Bakalářská práce je zpracována kvalitativním výzkumným designem za využití techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výběr respondentů byl prostý, náhodný s aplikací kritérií pro zařazení do výzkumného šetření. Mezi kritéria patřila klinická praxe na psychiatrickém oddělení a zkušenosti s vybranými psychiatrickými diagnózami. This bachelor's thesis focuses on nurses' knowledge in the care of patients with psychiatric diagnoses. The entire thesis is structured into two main parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part focuses on the fundamental grounding of the examined issue. It not only defines psychiatric nursing but also provides historical context, highlights significant figures, and presents key findings that lend deeper meaning and partial connections to the work as a whole. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to map the basic screening methods and specific nursing procedures that nurses use in their daily practice. Additional questions focus on the subjective perception of the ideal course of care for a patient with a psychiatric illness, knowledge of care for patients with selected conditions, and preventive measures. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is based on a qualitative research design using the semi-structured interview technique. The selection of respondents was simple and random, with the application of criteria for inclusion in the research investigation. These criteria included clinical practice in a psychiatric department and experience with selected psychiatric diagnoses.
