Vliv fyzioterapie u dětských pacientů s únikem moči a se současným vadným posturálním vývojem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Vliv fyzioterapie u dětských pacientů s únikem moči a se současným vadným posturálním vývojem" je rešeršní bakalářská práce zahrnující dvě kazuistiky. Práce se zabývá problematikou úniků moči (ÚM) u dětských pacientů a možnostmi řešení v rámci oboru fyzioterapie. V praktické části jsou uvedeny kazuistiky dvou pacientek s ÚM. Pacientka č. 1 měla diagnózu inkontinence intermitentní. Pacientka č. 2 měla diagnózu neurčená inkontinence moči. Obě pacientky vykazovaly posturální odchylky. Obě pacientky podstoupily podobný rehabilitační plán s cílem eliminace ÚM a posturálních odchylek. Terapie zahrnovala prvky dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace (DNS) a cvičení na posílení a protažení svalů pánevního dna (PD). K hodnocení charakteru ÚM bylo využito dotazníkových šetření Parental questionnaire: Enuresis/urinary incontinence (PQ-EnU), Paediatric quality of life measurement tool (PINQ) a pitné a mikční karty. Postura byla hodnocena aspekcí, pomocí testu dle Mathiase, testu dle Jaroše a Lomíčka, Rombergova testu a testů posturální stability. U obou pacientek došlo k snížení frekvence ÚM, u pacientky č. 1 ze sedmkrát týdně na jednou až dvakrát týdně a u pacientky č. 2 z osmkrát denně na jednou až dvakrát denně. The bachelor's thesis titled "Impact of physiotherapy in children with simultaneous bladder control dysfunction and abnormal posture" is a literature-based thesis that includes two case studies. The thesis addresses the issue of urinary incontinence (UI) in pediatric patients and explores treatment options within the field of physiotherapy. The practical part presents two case reports of female patients with UI. Patient 1 exhibited notable postural deviations, while patient 2 had minor postural deviations. Both patients underwent a similar rehabilitation plan aimed at eliminating UI and correcting postural abnormalities. The therapy included elements of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and exercises focused on strengthening and stretching the pelvic floor muscles (PFM). To evaluate the characteristics of UI, the following questionnaires were used: the Parental Questionnaire: Enuresis/Urinary Incontinence (PQ- EnU), the Paediatric Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire (PINQ), and drinking and voiding diaries.
