Ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s Impellou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma "Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s Impellou" je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo představení specifické ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s krátkodobou srdeční podporou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na seznámení s anatomií a fyziologií srdce, včetně popisu jeho jednotlivých částí. Též se zabývá popisem srdečního cyklu a zásobení srdce krví. Teoretická část se dále věnuje problematice srdečního selhání, které je jednou z hlavních příčin implantace Impelly pacientům. Závěrečná část je pak věnována podrobnějšímu představení mechanických srdečních podpor, zejména pak krátkodobé srdeční podpoře Impella. Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie. Zaměřuje se na ošetřovatelskou péči u pacienta, který byl hospitalizován s krátkodobou srdeční podporou, použité jako "bridge to decision". V této části je popsána jak lékařská, tak ošetřovatelská anamnéza. Dále jsou zde uvedeny podrobné informace o průběhu hospitalizace, včetně sledování fyziologických funkcí a všech ošetřovatelských intervencí, které byly u pacienta provedeny během hospitalizace v nemocnici. The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Nursing Care of the patient with Impella" is divided into two main parts. The aim of this thesis was to present the specific nursing care provided to a patient with short-term cardiac support Impella. The theoretical part focuses on introducing the anatomy and physiology of the heart, including a description of its individual parts. It also focuses on describing the cardiac cycle and the blood supply to the heart. The theoretical part further addresses the issue of heart failure, which is one of the main reasons for implantation of Impella in patients. The final section of the theoretical part is dedicated to a more detailed presentation of the mechanical cardiac support, especially short-term cardiac support Impella. The practical part is presented in the form of a case study. It focuses on nursing care of a patient who was hospitalized with short-term cardiac support Impella as a "bridge to decision." This section includes both medical and nursing history of the patient. There is also detailed information about the hospitalization process, including monitoring of physiological functions and all interventions that were performed on the patient during their stay in the hospital.
