Možnost zapojení anesteziologických sester do předanesteziologického vyšetření na ortopedických klinikách FN Motol

Abstract

Úvod: Předanesteziologické vyšetření představuje nezbytnou součást kvalitní a bezpečné anesteziologické péče, která by měla být provedena u každého pacienta bez ohledu na věk či charakter plánované operace. Na ortopedických klinikách Fakultní nemocnice v Motole je toto vyšetření prováděno vedoucím anesteziologem, případně jinými anesteziology, velmi často však také neatestovanými lékaři. V praxi tak nedochází k využití odborných kompetencí a znalostí anesteziologických sester. Cíl: Zjistit, zda existuje možnost aktivnějšího zapojení anesteziologických sester z dospělé části Kliniky anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny Fakultní nemocnice v Motole do procesu předanesteziologického vyšetření u pacientů podstupujících ortopedické operace na I. nebo II. ortopedické klinice Fakultní nemocnice v Motole. Současně je cílem zmapovat názory vybraných lékařů a anesteziologických sester na to, zda by bylo možné a vhodné v zájmu pacientů využít odborné kompetence a znalosti těchto sester, získané prostřednictvím specializačního vzdělávání či magisterského studia oboru Intenzivní péče, při zajišťování předanesteziologického vyšetření. Introduction: Pre-anaesthetic assessment represents an essential component of high-quality and safe anaesthetic care, which should be conducted for every patient regardless of age or the nature of the planned surgical procedure. At the orthopaedic clinics of the Motol University Hospital, this assessment is performed by the chief anaesthesiologist or other anaesthesiologists, but very frequently also by non-certified physicians. In practice, this leads to the underutilisation of the professional competencies and expertise of anaesthesia nurses. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to determine whether there is potential for a more active involvement of anaesthesia nurses from the adult section of the Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care of the Motol University Hospital in the process of pre-anaesthetic assessment for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery at the 1st or 2nd Orthopaedic Clinic of the Motol University Hospital.
