Petra Reckziegelová Title: Case study of Physiotherapeutic Care for a patient with diagnosis of TA of hip joint Ojectives: The aim of this thesis is to provide a detailed theoretical analysis of the issue of total hip arthroplasty (THA), including its causes, consequences, and treatment options, followed by the documentation of physiotherapeutic care for patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The thesis combines the theoretical aspects of hip joint issues with the practical case study of physiotherapeutic care for patient after total hip arthroplasty. The methodology thus cunnects theoretical foundations with a practical approach and evaluates the effect of physiotherapeutic care on the patient's recovery after the implantation of a total hip prosthesis. Results: During the course of therapy the patient's physical condition improved. Muscle strenght increased, and range of active movements in hip abduction and flection increased. The condition of the soft tissues in the thigh area improved, as well as the walking pattern with two crutches. Conclusion: During the rehabilitation process, the patient underwent a total of eight therapeutic sessions. Petra Reckziegelová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této práce je podrobné teoretické zpracování problematiky diagnózy TEP kyčelního kloubu, včetně jejích příčin, následků a možností léčby, a následné zaznamenávání fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Práce kombinuje teoretickou problematiku TEP kyčelního kloubu s praktickým zpracováním kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Metodika práce tedy propojuje teoretická východiska s praktickým přístupem a hodnotí efekt fyzioterapeutické péče na rekonvalescenci pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Výsledky: V průběhu terapií došlo ke zlepšení fyzického stavu pacientky. Došlo ke zvýšení svalové síly a zvětšení rozsahů do aktivních pohybů do abdukce, flexe a extenze v kyčli. Zlepšil se stav měkkých tkání v oblasti stehna a stereotyp chůze o dvou francouzských holích. Závěr: Během společné rehabilitace pacientka absolvovala celkem osm terapeutických jednotek. V závěru byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor, který dokazuje zlepšení klinického stavu pacientky po implantaci totální endoprotézy.
