Ilona Kučerová Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of osteoporosis after a humerus fracture Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge on the issue of proximal humerus fractures with a focus on subsequent rehabilitation care. Another objective is to compile a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed with osteoporosis after a proximal humerus fracture. Methods: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a special part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of proximal humerus fractures, their division, classification, and treatment. It also briefly covers the topic of osteoporosis and the healing process of osteoporotic fractures. The last section of the theoretical part deals with the process of rehabilitation of proximal humeral fractures. The special part contains a case report of a patient with osteoporosis after suffering a proximal humerus fracture, managed during a continuous professional internship at the Institute of Rheumatology. Ilona Kučerová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou osteoporózy po fraktuře humeru Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o problematice proximálních zlomenin humeru se zaměřením na následnou rehabilitační péči. Dalším cílem je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou osteoporózy po proximální zlomenině humeru. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a speciální část. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou proximálních zlomenin humeru, jejich dělením, klasifikací a léčbou. Dále je zde stručně popsáno téma osteoporózy a hojení osteoporotických zlomenin. Poslední úsek teoretické části se zabývá procesem rehabilitace proximálních zlomenin humeru. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky s osteoporózou po prodělání zlomeniny proximální části humeru, která byla vedena v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu. Výsledky: Během sedmi terapeutických jednotek došlo především ke zvýšení aktivního i pasivního rozsahu pohybu v levém ramenním kloubu a subjektivnímu snížení bolesti při pohybu.
