Abstract

Title: Case study of orthotic­prosthetic care for a patient diagnosed with a traumatic transtibial amputation Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to produce a special sports prosthesis for a highly active patient after a traumatic transtibial amputation, to describe in detail the production process of the given prosthesis and to evaluate the efect of the special equipment on the quality of life of the patient. Methods: The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part summarizes information about the anatomy of the lower limb, amputations, and the possibilities of prosthetic care after transtibial amputation. Among the indications for amputations, increased attention is paid to the definition and description of the traumatic amputation. The practical part is prepared in the form of case study. It contains the patient's medical history, the procedure for manufacturing a special sports prosthesis for this patient, and the evaluation of the result of prosthetic care. The evaluation of the results of care was carried out based on an interview with the patient. Název: Kazuistika ortotickoprotetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou traumatická transtibiální amputace Cíle: Cílem práce je vyrobit speciální sportovní protézu pro vysoce aktivního pacienta po traumatické transtibiální amputaci, detailně popsat postup výroby dané protézy a zhodnotit vliv speciálního vybavení na kvalitu života daného pacienta. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o anatomii bérce, o amputacích, a o možnostech protetické péče po transtibiální amputaci. Z indikací k amputacím, je zvýšená pozornost věnována definici a popisu traumatické amputace. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Obsahuje anamnézu pacienta, postup výroby speciální sportovní protézy pro tohoto pacienta a zhodnocení výsledků protetické péče. Zhodnocení výsledků péče bylo provedeno na základě rozhovoru s pacientem. Tento rozhovor byl zaměřen na zjištění vlivu speciální sportovní protézy na život pacienta. Výsledky: Výsledkem práce je zhotovená speciální sportovní protéza pro velmi aktivního pacienta. Tato protéza pacientovi umožnila rozšířit škálu sportovních aktivit, které může po amputaci provozovat.
