Author: Sofie Šafková Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care for a Patient Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis Following Total Hip Replacement Objectives: This bachelor's thesis aimed to summarize theoretical knowledge on total hip replacement in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to apply this knowledge in clinical practice through a case study. The focus was on evaluating the effectiveness of selected physiotherapeutic methods, their impact on the patient's functional condition after surgery, and a comparison with current recommendations from the literature. Methods: The thesis was developed during clinical practice at the Revmatologický ústav in Prague, where the patient underwent twelve days of physiotherapeutic care following a total hip replacement of the right hip joint. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a special (case study) part. The theoretical section focuses on the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint, describes total hip replacement and rheumatoid arthritis, their clinical presentation, treatment options, and rehabilitation approaches. Autor: Sofie Šafková Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou revmatoidní artritida se stavem po TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo shrnout teoretické poznatky o problematice totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu u pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou a jejich uplatnění v klinické praxi prostřednictvím zpracování kazuistiky. Důraz byl kladen na hodnocení efektu vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod, jejich dopad na funkční stav pacientky po operaci a porovnání s doporučeními odborné literatury. Metody: Práce byla zpracována v rámci odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze, kde pacientka absolvovala dvanáctidenní fyzioterapeutickou péči po implantaci totální endoprotézy (TEP) pravého kyčelního kloubu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a speciální. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, popis totální endoprotézy a revmatoidní artritidy, jejich klinický obraz, možnosti léčby a rehabilitaci. Speciální část obsahuje kineziologický rozbor, cíle terapie, průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie.
