Jana Sohrová Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total hip replacement Objectives: Processing of patient data after total hip replacement, description of general information on hip joint, comparison of operative and therapeutic methods Methods: The thesis consists of two parts. The first is the general part which describes the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the hip joint, the coxarthrosis and its treatment, the surgical approaches for total hip replacement, and the comparison of therapeutic methods relating to specific problems arising after surgery. The special part contains an initial kinesiological examination, 8 therapeutic units (which took place on 10-21 January 2025 in CLPA, s.r.o.), output kinesiological examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The therapy has succeeded in increasing the range of motion in the operated hip joint, increasing the muscle strength of weakened muscle groups, improving control over the movement of the operated lower limb, correcting the walking stereotype, and educating the patient on further rehabilitation procedures. Jana Sohrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Zpracování údajů o pacientovi po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, popis obecných informací o kyčelním kloubu, porovnání operativních a terapeutických metod Metody: Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První je část obecná, která popisuje anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku kyčelního kloubu, dále koxartrózu a její léčbu, operační přístupy pro totální endoprotézu kyčelního kloubu, a porovnání terapeutických metod vztahujících se ke konkrétním problémům vznikajících po operaci. Speciální část obsahuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, 8 terapeutických jednotek (které proběhly ve dnech 10.-21.1. 2025 v CLPA, s.r.o.), výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: V rámci společné terapie se podařilo zvýšit rozsah pohybu v operovaném kyčelním kloubu, zvýšit svalovou sílu oslabených svalových skupin, zlepšit kontrolu nad pohybem operované dolní končetiny, zkorigovat stereotyp chůze, a edukovat pacienta o dalších rehabilitačních postupech. Závěr: Po 2 týdnech společné práce udělal pacient velký pokrok, i přes výskyt menších komplikací v podobě přetrvávajícího otoku atd. bych terapii zhodnotila jako úspěšnou. Klíčová slova:...
