Kateřina Maršáková Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate on the theoretical background related to the issue of total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The practical part focuses on the development of a case study of a patient after TKA implantation, with an emphasis on evaluating the effectiveness of selected physiotherapeutic interventions. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practically oriented part. The theoretical section presents a literature review focused on the anatomical structure, kinesiology, and biomechanical properties of the knee joint. Furthermore, it addresses the issue of osteoarthritis, provides an overview of treatment options, and describes the types of total knee replacements, including the surgical procedure of their implantation. The conclusion of the theoretical part is dedicated to physiotherapeutic approaches and rehabilitation methods following total knee arthroplasty (TKA).The practical (special) part includes the patient's initial and final kinesiological examination, the definition of physiotherapeutic goals, and a detailed description of individual therapeutic interventions. Kateřina Maršáková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretická východiska týkající se problematiky totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vypracování kazuistiky pacienta po implantaci TEP kolene se zaměřením na zhodnocení účinnosti zvolených fyzioterapeutických intervencí. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a prakticky orientovanou část. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše zaměřená na anatomickou stavbu, kineziologii a biomechanické vlastnosti kolenního kloubu. Dále se text věnuje problematice osteoartrózy, přehledu léčebných možností a typologii totálních endoprotéz kolenního kloubu včetně popisu chirurgického postupu jejich implantace. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na fyzioterapeutické přístupy a metody rehabilitace po provedení TEP kolene. Speciální část práce obsahuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření pacienta, stanovení fyzioterapeutických cílů a podrobný popis jednotlivých terapeutických intervencí.
