Abstract

Název: Sportovní příprava vodních záchranářů Cíle: Cílem práce je popsat celou jednu sezónu vodních záchranářů ve smyslu přípravy na vrcholnou soutěž typu ME či MS včetně návrhu vlastního tréninkového plánu a rozložení celé sezóny. Metody: Při vypracování této práce jsem využil jak pravidel ISL, tréninkových plánů přímých účastníků popisovaných soutěží, tak i příkladů tréninkových jednotek z mé vlastní praxe v plaveckých sportech. Výsledky: Přehled sezóny ve vodním záchranném sportu, vlastní tréninkový plán včetně příkladů konkrétních tréninků. Title: Sport trainings of water rescuers Aims: The aim of the thesis is to describe the whole season of water rescuers in the sense of preparation for a top competition such as European Championships or World Championships, including the design of own training plan and the distribution of the whole season. Methods: In the preparation of this thesis I used the ISL rules, training plans of direct participants of the described competitions, as well as examples of training units from my own practice in swimming sports. Results: Overview of the season in water rescue sport, own training plan including examples of specific training.
