Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je teoretické zpracování problematiky osteoartrózy se zaměřením na kolenní kloub a indikaci totální endoprotézy, ale i zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s touto diagnózou a zhodnocení provedené terapie. Metody: Obecná část byla zpracována formou rešerše teoretických podkladů k problematice osteoartrózy a indikaci totální endoprotézy. Teoreticky jsem zpracoval anatomii kolenního kloubu, definice osteoartrózy, její patokineziologické důsledky pro pohyb, klinické vyšetření, léčbu osteoartrózy, indikaci totální endoprotézy a fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy používané u této diagnózy. V rámci speciální části je vypracována kazuistika pacientky M. S. s diagnózou stav po implantaci totální endoprotézy levého kolenního kloubu. Kazuistika vznikla jako výstup z mé bakalářské praxe v Rehabilitační nemocnici Beroun od 15.1.2024 do 9.2.2024. Obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh terapie, terapeutické jednotky a výstupní kineziologický rozbor se zhodnocením průběhu terapie. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient diagnosed with total knee arthroplasty. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is the theoretical elaboration of osteoarthritis issues focusing on the knee joint and the indication for total knee arthroplasty, as well as the processing of a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this diagnosis and the evaluation of the therapy provided. Methods: The general part was elaborated through a review of theoretical foundations regarding osteoarthritis issues and the indication for total knee arthroplasty. Theoretical aspects covered in detail include the anatomy of the knee joint, definitions of osteoarthritis, its pathokinetic consequences for movement, clinical examination, osteoarthritis treatment, indications for total knee arthroplasty, as well as physiotherapeutic methods and procedures used for this diagnosis. The special part includes a case study of patient M.S. diagnosed with status post-implantation of total knee arthroplasty of the left knee joint.
