Abstract

I Abstrakt Autor práce: Jiří Ráž Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Gabriela Kočí Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře ramének stydké kosti zasahující do acetabula Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretický přehled o frakturách pánevních kostí a zaznamenat kazuistiku pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Obecná část zahrnuje informace o etiologii, diagnostice a léčbě fraktur pánevních kostí. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky, která vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe ve Fakultní Thomayerově nemocnici. Výsledky: Oba cíle byly splněny. Závěr: Rešerše odhalila nedostatky v současně dostupných poznatcích týkajících se fyzioterapie. O terapii lze říci, že pozitivně ovlivnila současný stav pacientky a připravila ji na další fáze rehabilitačního procesu. Gabriela Kočí Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with pubic rami and acetabular fractures Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a theoretical overview of pelvic ring fractures and to record a case report of a patient with this diagnose. Methods: The general part includes information about etiology, diagnostics and treatment of pelvic ring fractures. The special part contains a case report of patient, which was created at the Fakultní Thomayerova nemocnice. Results: Both objectives were achieved. Conclusion: The recherche found imperfections in currently accesible findings regarding the physiotherapeutic treatment. It may be said, that the therapy infuenced the patient positively and prepared her for the next stages of rehabilitation.
