Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transfemorální amputaci

Kateřina Maršáková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po transfemorální amputaci Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky problematiky amputací a přístupů jejich řešení, a využít, zaznamenat a zhodnotit tyto v rámci kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče pacienta s jednostrannou transfemorální amputací. Metody: Práce je zpracována formou dvou částí. Část teoretická shrnuje a informuje o poznatcích problematiky amputací a jejich terapeutického řešení se zaměřením na pooperační péči, především z oblastí fyzioterapie a protetiky. Část speciální popisuje kazuistiku 3týdenní fyzioterapeutické péče o 1 pacienta po pravostranné transfemorální amputaci s pooperačními komplikacemi (MRSA, Covid 19). Kazuistika proběhla cca 5 měsíců po amputačním výkonu. Shrnuje pacientovu anamnézu, vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, stanovuje cíle a postupy rehabilitačního plánu, popisuje průběh 13 terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: U pacienta pozorujeme zlepšení v oblasti desenzitizace a konizace pahýlu, jeho zaosení; zvětšení rozsahu pohybu a síly obou kyčelních kloubů, především do extenze; kvalitativní i kvantitativní zlepšení stoje a chůze bez protézy s oporou adjuvatik, subjektivně pacient...

Kateřina Maršáková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Transfemoral Amputation Objectives: The work aims to summarize the theoretical knowledge of amputation issues and their therapeutical solutions, to utilize, document and evaluate these within the case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after unilateral transfemoral amputation. Methods: This study comprises two parts. The first part provides a theoretical overview of amputation issues and their therapeutic solutions, focusing on postoperative care within physiotherapy and prosthetics. The second part presents a case study of a 3-week physiotherapeutic intervention for a patient after right-sided transfemoral amputation, including postoperative complications (MRSA, Covid 19). The case study took place approximately 5 months after the amputation and includes the patient's history, initial examination, rehabilitation plan, 13 therapeutic sessions, final evaluation, and the therapy evaluation.
