Motivace ke studiu pediatrického ošetřovatelství na vysokých školách

Abstract

Aim: An objective of this thesis is to investigate a motivation of students to apply for a bachelor's program Pediatric nursing. Theoretical part of the thesis is divided in the two chapters: first one is dedicated to a phenomenon of the motivation itself, whilst the second one is a presentation of the program. In the chapter concerning the motivation, its typology and sources are examined, its principles and possible barriers are described and selected theories of human motivation are reviewed as well as a relationship between a process of learning and the motivation. In the second chapter, Pediatric nursing program is outlined as it is being taught at 2. LF UK. Methods: An empiric part of this thesis utilizes data gathered by means of a survey accomplished with an original structured questionaire which was distributed to the students of the Pediatric nursing at 2.LF UK by electronic means. Forty nine respondents completely filled in the questionaire from the total number of sixty five addressed, detailed results are represented in the tabular surveys. Results: Regarding the majority of the answers, fundamental statistical differences were not found. Cíl: Cílem této práce je zjistit motivaci studentů k podání přihlášky na bakalářský studijní program Pediatrické ošetřovatelství. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly: první z nich se věnuje samotnému fenoménu motivace, druhá je pak představením studijního oboru. V kapitole týkající se motivace je probrána její typologie a zdroje, popis jejích principů a možných bariér, prostor je věnovaný také vybraným teoriím lidské motivace a vztahu mezi učením a motivací. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán program Pediatrického ošetřovatelství tak, jak je realizovaný na 2. LF UK. Metodika: Empirická část práce využívá data získaná formou dotazníkového šetření pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, který byl distribuován studentům Pediatrického ošetřovatelství 2. LF UK elektronickou formou. Z celkového množství šedesáti pěti oslovených respondentů jich dotazník kompletně vyplnilo čtyřicet devět, podrobné výsledky jsou znázorněny v tabelárních přehledech. Výsledky: U většiny odpovědí nebyly shledány zásadní statistické rozdíly. Výjimkami byly pouze tři otázky, kde se významně lišily odpovědi mezi mladšími a staršími účastníky šetření, a dvě otázky, na které odlišně odpovídali respondenti bez odborné způsobilosti a s odbornou způsobilostí.
