Prestiž profese všeobecné sestry z pohledu studentů

Abstract

This work is intended to provide an overview of basic information about the general nurse profession and the students' view of the prestige of this profession. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to bring up-to-date information about how students perceive the prestige of the general nursing profession in the Czech Republic (hereafter referred to as the Czech Republic). The opinion of the students will be determined using a questionnaire survey, and the data obtained will then be compared with the data from the research conducted by the Center for Public Opinion Research (hereinafter referred to as CVVM), in the research project - Our Society. Methods: 398 students were approached using an electronic questionnaire survey. Out of all the respondents, one hundred two students answered, of which fifty-four were students of the second year of the master's (hereinafter referred to as MgrSP) study program of General Medicine, twenty-eight students of the bachelor's (hereinafter referred to as BcSP) study program of General Nursing and twenty students of BcSP Pediatric Nursing. Tato práce má přinést přehled základních informací o povolání všeobecné sestry a pohledu studentů na prestiž této profese Cíle: Záměrem bakalářské práce je přinést aktuální informace o tom, jak studenti vnímají prestiž profese všeobecné sestry v České republice (dále jen ČR). Názor studentů bude zjišťován pomocí dotazníkového šetření a získaná data budou poté komparována s daty z výzkumu provedeného Centrem pro výzkum veřejného mínění (dále jen CVVM), ve výzkumném projektu - Naše společnost. Metody: Bylo osloveno 398 studentů pomocí elektronického dotazníkového šetření. Ze všech oslovených odpovědělo 102 studentů, z toho 54 studentů druhého ročníku magisterského (dále jen MgrSP) studijního programu Všeobecného lékařství, 28 studentů bakalářského (dále jen BcSP) studijního programu Všeobecné ošetřovatelství a 20 Studentů BcSP Pediatrického ošetřovatelství. Dotazník se skládal ze 45 polouzavřených, uzavřených a otevřených otázek. Ke statistickému zpracování dat byli využity neparametrické testy určení korelace. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno že většina respondentů má pozitivní vztah k profesy všeobecné sestry, ale jejich názory jsou alespoň částečně ovlivněny určitými proměnnými.
