Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po transplantaci ledviny

Abstract

(v AJ) This bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care for a patient after kidney transplantation and presents a case study of a specific patient with chronic renal injury due to Alport syndrome, who underwent kidney transplantation from a cadaveric donor. The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the nursing care provided to the patient after kidney transplantation. The theoretical part provides an overview of renal failure, elimination methods, aspects related to transplantation, and a crucial section, patient education after transplantation. In the practical part are described the basic steps of preparing the patient for kidney transplantation and following nursing care in the first few days after transplantation. The case study of the patient is presented by describing his health status before and after transplantation. At the end of this part are described nursing diagnoses, the results of nursing care, and its effectiveness in the context of the patient's overall health status. (v ČJ) Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta po transplantaci ledviny. Prezentuje případovou studii konkrétního pacienta s chronickým selháním ledvin na podkladě Alportova syndromu, který podstoupil transplantaci ledviny od kadaverózního dárce. Cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit ošetřovatelskou péči, která pacientovi byla poskytována po transplantaci ledviny. Teoretická část obsahuje přiblížení renálního selhání, eliminační metody, aspekty související se samotnou transplantací a velmi důležitou část o edukaci pacienta po transplantaci. V praktické části jsou popsány základní kroky přípravy pacienta na transplantaci a následná ošetřovatelská péče v prvních dnech po transplantaci. Případová studie pacienta je prezentována pomocí popisu jeho zdravotního stavu před a po transplantaci. V závěru práce jsou popsané ošetřovatelské diagnózy a výsledky ošetřovatelské péče a její efektivita v kontextu celkového zdravotního stavu pacienta.
