Vnímání sexuálního obtěžování v prostředí organizovaného sportu ze strany studentů vysokých škol

Abstract

Title: Perception of sexual harassment in the sports industry: case of Czech university students Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe the perception of sexual harassment in the environment of organized sport in the Czech Republic from the perspective of selected students attending Czech universities. At the same time, it also explains the importance of taking this problem into account, the solution of which should be addressed by the management of sports organisations. Methods: In order to achieve the results, mixed research is used in this thesis. Firstly, through the qualitative part, i.e. focus group, opinions on the topic of sexual harassment in the environment of organized sport are obtained, which are further used and elaborated on the quantitative method of questionnaire survey, to obtain the respondents experiences and opinions on the topic. Results: Selected students attending Czech universities frequently and repeatedly encounter sexual harassment in the environment of organized sport. The perpetrator is often a male athlete or coach and the victim a female athlete. The most common are verbal and non- verbal forms. Název: Vnímání sexuálního obtěžování ve sportovním prostředí ze strany studentů českých vysokých škol Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a popsat vnímání problematiky sexuálního obtěžování v prostředí organizovaného sportu v České republice z perspektivy vybraných studentů českých vysokých škol. Dále také vysvětluje důležitost zohlednění tohoto problému, jehož řešením by se měl zabývat také management sportovních organizací. Metody: K dosažení výsledků je v této práci využit smíšený výzkum. Nejdříve jsou prostřednictvím kvalitativní časti, tedy ohniskové skupiny, získány názory k tématu sexuálního obtěžování v prostředí organizovaného sportu, které jsou dále použity a rozpracovány prostřednictvím kvantitativní metody, dotazníkového šetření, k získání názorů a zkušeností respondentů. Výsledky: Vybraní studenti českých vysokých škol se se sexuálním obtěžováním v prostředí organizovaného sportu často a opakovaně setkávají. Pachatelem bývá často muž v pozici sportovce nebo trenéra a obětí žena v pozici sportovkyně. Nejčastější jsou verbální a neverbální formy. Oběti mají většinou psychické následky nebo je daná situace donutí změnit nebo zcela ukončit danou sportovní aktivitu.
